I'm tired of carrying DS's diaper bag to daycare every day. I'd like to get him a good backpack that will fit his things (extra clothes, sippy cup, snack). I really like the Skip Hop Zoo Packs http://www.skiphop.com/product/21020.html

I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions.

Those are really cute! We have a dwell kids backpack, but now I want one of the ones you posted.

I send my 2 1/2-yo to daycare with his extra clothes, etc. inside the PBK preeschool backpack

DS is a small-sized boy; this backpack is a perfect fit for him, and he likes to wear it. Very lightweight and inexpensive ($19) compared to Dabwalla or those other very cute toddler backpacks.

I have this backpack for ds (19m)...it is small. And it shows water stains easily. It is ADORABLE...but impracticle.

We have the PBK kids one too for DD, 3 yo. She likes it. It is sturdy and holds a sippy or water bottle.
The SkipHop one is adorable though.

I really love the Dabwalla ones but I don't have one IRL. I've compared the Skip Hop against it though and like the Dabwalla better--I just can't stomach the price for a small backpack just yet.

DD has a backpack from her AG Bitty Baby starter set and I'm thinking of making it her regular backpack if she needs to.

Does anyone have the LE Tiny Take backpack and if so what do you think of it? It's what I'm leaning for for DD for "camp" this summer (really just a fun class), so I can also get a matching lunchbox :p.

ahrimie - I was also comparing to the Dabwalla and Skip Hope ones - as between them, why do you prefer Dabwalla? I've never seen either IRL... I passed on a Dabwalla one at Zulily a while ago for cheap and have been kind of kicking myself ever since :-(

the Dabwalla one seems better made and it's all neoprene, which is really light and machine washable. I'm not sure if the Skip Hop one is washable too but I'd imagine even if it were, it could come out looking a bit beat up. I have a neoprene lunch bag and it's really awesome--all insulated and I just toss it in the wash.

Skip Hop is really cute too though; don't get me wrong. But if I HAD to choose, I'd buy the Dabwalla :)

The smaller sized ones from Lands End have worked out really well.

DD1 has a Four Peas backpack. I found it online at Bath and Body for $10.
