I was at my ON this morning, and I tried to combine a $10 off $50 coupon with the 30% sale and the cashier wouldn't do it. She claimed that %off cannot be combined with $$ off. Anyone else had this happened?

The associate has to take the 30% off at the end of your purchase, so that technically is a coupon, so no, you cannot combine 2 coupons in one order.

There are still some good deals to be had though! I actually bought myself some clothes for once instead of just for the girls.

ETA: they also had pulled a bunch of stock off the sales floor (dresses). I was bummed b/c I had gone in for a specific dress!

That is annoying about the no stacking b/c when they used to have the 50% off clearance I always stacked a coupon on top which made the deals even better.
