Can BRU look up receipt with credit card?

I can't find any receipts today, and I'm so frustrated. I just bought a little thing last week at BRU. Can they look it up with my credit card, even to give me store credit? TIA!

Yes, I did a receipt look-up a few months back. They credited the amount back to the original cc. Now, this is BRU so I might call ahead just to make sure. gl

Do you have a rewards card? I think they can look it up from there.

I've had them lookup a receipt using my credit card a few times (what can I say, I lose receipts a lot! :bag ) I've never had a problem. They usually credit it back to my original card.

Thanks guys. I did the return with the credit card, so problems! Glad to know they offer this, because I am bad with receipts.
