UPDATE: The realtor just called, they accepted our offer! :boogie:

We obviously still have to do the inspection and everything, but FIL (a contractor) was with us when we took the second look, and he didn't see anything that looked bad. And we're already pre-approved for more than our offer, so I'm hoping that this is smooth buying process.

I think we've found a house.

It's so close to perfect that I'm scared to tell y'all about it because I might jinx it. ;) We went and looked at it Friday, then went back yesterday, and put an offer in today. We should know something by tomorrow afternoon.

I NEED this to work. I'm envisioning the babies being born and us all living in cardboard boxes or a relative's attic.
