Declining lymphocyte count, tell me something good

So the new doctor I saw today actually looked at my previous medical records. He noted that my white blood cell count has been at the low end of normal and that the lymphocytes have been declining over time and are now just below normal.

Has anyone experienced this and had it NOT be something really horrible like cancer or HIV? Can anything be done about it?
