Does anyone give their toddlers supplements? My DD is 17 mo and is a very picky eater. I noticed they have baby supplements on the market. I was wondering if anybody uses them and if its a good idea.

Even picky toddlers usually get all ther required nutrients when you average their intake over a week or two. My kids have recieved vitamin D supplements and will continue to do so, probably forever. Vitamin D is a little different because there really aren't good food sources (you have to drink a LOT of milk to get what you need.)

My toddlers mostly got D3, and probiotics. CLO on occasion. We've never done multis.
