I plan on using the bassinet feature for the first few months. What should I do about sheets, etc? Or should I just lay the baby right on there with nothing underneath?

yes pack n play sells their own brand but most people don't really like them (not very soft). You can buy "play yard sheets" everywhere. We had these and loved them, they are super soft. HTH

You can use regular pack&play sheets on it with the bassinet. The "mattress" should be put into the bassinet. My mom made me some pretty 100% cotton pack & play sheets using the graco one as a pattern.

We also had the Eddie Bauer sheets from Target- they may be a little warmer for summer use-but since we are in Oregon, not as big of a deal.

We have a Graco PnP and bought the Graco PnP sheet for it. Recently I found a consignment shop that had a ton of them for super cheap--and since they've been used they aren't as hard as the new ones.
