I have this feeling that I've read this suggestion here, but can't remember enough to search. DS is having trouble going to sleep (again, this is an on again/off again issue). He's nearly 7 and is anxious in general. Tonight I was able to give him three specific good things to think about and he managed to stop obsessing and go to sleep.

So, I'm wondering if there are any relaxation type cds that would help guide him to sleep. (I'd like for him to this as independently as possible both because it's an important skill and because I have a 5 week old who is often fussy at DS' bedtime with a DH who is often not home yet.) Other suggestions welcome too.

Thanks!
Catherine

We use The Sleep Fairy and I think others do as well. If you search for "sleep fairy", (in quotes) you'll come up with a lot of threads about sleep issues and different CDs folks have used.
