The only white tee-shirts I have seenin stores in the past couple of years are so sheer I can see... ummm... EVERYTHING under them, even with a flesh colored bra on. I tried the double-layer one Target has, but the layers shrink differently in the laundry or something, because it gets all mis-shaped and it feels like there are pills/ lint or something between the layers. Anyone know where I can find good, white tee shirts that offer some hint of modesty?? I like feminine/ fitted (but not skin-tight) cuts with a scoop or v-neck. TIA!

I would love to find some was well. I never wear white shirts because of the sheerness factor.

Eddie Bauer has some. They are not super thin but you can not see through them http://www.eddiebauer.com/EB/Women/Tees--Knit-Tops/index.cat

Try Charter Club brand at Macy's or Land's End tees.

I have only found one brand of white t-shirt that I love, but it is super hard to get. It is sold by CAbi, which is a home party style company. I was really lucky that there was a CAbi outlet 30 minutes from our house when we were in Houston last year. I really stocked up and don't know what I will do when they wear out!?

:yeahthat: These are great t-shirts. I have several and they are great quality and not see through. And they're on sale! In fact, I'm going to pick up a couple more today.

They also feel nice, and keep their shape better than a lot of all cotton tees. I tend to like a little stretch in mine, but the Caslon ones are very nice. Good price right now too!
