Inexpensive biker shorts?

I'm looking to find some inexpensive biker shorts for DD to wear under her sun dresses. Any ideas? Gymobree has them for $10.75 each...kind of expensive for my taste.

Some have said H&M has cheap ones. We usually get the gymboree ones with a coupon and a sale, and we size up so they last at least 2 summers.

I got some at TCP for $6.50/pair. They were on sale (normally $7.50 I believe).

I picked up a few at Crazy 8 - cheaper than Gymboree but they seem comparable.

H&M! They are $ 4.95 in organic cotton in about 6 different colors. We loooove them!

I am big fan of the TCP ones. We've been buying them for a few years now and they are perfect for under dresses.
