ISO inexpensive toddler loafers

I'm looking for a pair of toddler loafers but I've only seen pairs that run $50 or more. Wondering if anyone has seen less expensive options? TIA

Have you tried Sears, Target, Payless or Nordstrom Rack? that is what I would get if they will be worn minimally. If they will be worn more I might spend more on them.

I didn't see any on Walmart's website, but we have bout several pairs of loafers at Walmart. It may be at your local store, or it may be something that will become available later in the summer, gearing up for fall.
