Can anyone recommend any good quality baby doll accessories (we have the Corolle Calin doll)? I am mainly looking for a swing and a highchair, and maybe a bouncer. All of the swings I see online get really bad reviews. Also please let me know if there are other accessories we should get - so far we have a stroller, cradle and a couple of bottles.

Thanks!

I got this nursery center for DD for Christmas and she loves it - plays with it constantly! Looks like the particular one I got is out of stock right now but there are similar ones out there, both on amazon and elsewhere:

I also got her this accessories kit, and she plays w/the stuff all the time as well:

We've gone through two highchairs that were terrible (Graco and Maclaren), before we found the Corolle highchair. I really like the Corolle because it is tiny. It is plastic but seems sturdy. It also transforms into a desk and chair, a feature DD enjoys (for when she is teaching school). If DD didn't receive the Corolle as a gift I probably would have gone with a wooden high chair. I think they're very cute.

DD also really likes her doll stroller and her doll crib and cradle. We don't have any swings or bouncers because of lack of room, and also I don't think DD would use them enough. The stroller, high chair, and cradle are sufficient.

we also have a cradle, highchair and stroller (actually 2-- an umbrella style one and a corolle buggy stroller). even this amount might be overkill as my child isn't that into babies...she's pretty into the highchair i guess, and it's popular during playdates. the highchair and cradle are wooden, but white-- they were sold at target and i've found them remarkably sturdy , esp. for what i paid (15 for the cradle and 10 something for the highchair)-- i would have paid full price for the cradle (30) if i'd known how nice it was :)

if i was going to get a swing (thought about it for a while and then decided we really don't have room) i was going to go with the corolle one for the 12" dolls. it's small, but it seemed like "enough" we do have a corolle diaper bag that my child loves. my mother gave her a target diaper bag that's a backpack and she doesn't like it nearly as well as the corolle one.

we have a stroller but DD prefers her shopping cart she likes to fill it with babies (and everything else)

Fisher Price has the Snuggle-kins line with a little hammock swing and a backpack carrier. http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=700&e=skthumbnail

Corolle makes great products including a carseat and highchair. Also American Girl makes the Bitty Baby sets which are well made. We had a Graco playset that was a waste!

I made doll slings for dc at one point. Super easy and a well played with item!

I don't mean to highjack this thread.......but I just bought a Corolle doll for DD so the above advice on strollers, chairs and such is very good for me!

But I'm also really wanting to get her some bottles to give her new dolly. Besides buying actual corolle bottles, are there any other cheap brands that fit in the mouth of the doll?

I just picked up this set because of this thread. I bought it because of the potty (I thought we'd potty train dollie while we potty train DD;)) But it has bottles and other feeding stuff. Lots of fun stuff for $11. I bought it at my local TRU

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! I ended up with a nursery center that came with a few accessories - DD seems to like it so far and I think it will be a good place to change the doll's diaper and give it a bath. I was initially thinking of getting a swing or bouncer because we recently set up the real swing and bouncer in preparation for our new baby (set to arrive any day now) and DD has been putting her doll in those, but I couldn't find any I liked so I skipped those. I also got her the Corolle diaper bag but she hasn't used it yet. I may pick up the accessories set that PP linked to next time we are in TRU, and I think I'll add a highchair in a couple of months.

For bottles, I bought a 2 pack of bottles from TRU that are the You and Me brand - one is juice and one is milk, and the liquid "disappears" as you tilt them up. They don't exactly fit into the Corolle Calin mouth, but DD doesn't seem to mind - she LOVES them and plays with them all the time. She likes to say "all gone!" when the liquid disappears. I don't remember how much they were but they were inexpensive.
