Joovy Ultralight questions

I am thinking of getting the ultralight but not sure how the storage is in it. Is the basket easy to get to even with both kids in it? Also is there a big difference between the 2010 or earlier ultralights? Trying to decide if it's worth the money for the 2010. I can get it for $210 on sale but I could get a used one for around $100. Thanks!
