Valco Twin - trick with latch of harnesses?

Alright, what's the trick??

I have this Valco Trimode Twin sitting in the garage. I bought it used many months ago and only my mom has been using it when she is here & goes for walks. Frankly, I can't get it folded, so it hasn't made it into the car yet, and I'm not even sure if I have it opened right -- thus, sitting in my garage. I guess that's an issue for another post though!

Right now the harness straps are latched shut, and I can't get them open. I know there is some tricky thing to do, right? Squeeze together? Pinch and wiggle? What do I Do?? Just can't make 'em budge.

Please help.

I'm sure this stroller can be redeemed, we just need a little help.

You have to press on the sides of the harness buckle as hard as you can. They really click in there a bit too well.

Going out to try it now. Good luck. You might also want to try using silicone spray there to see if that loosens up the harness clip a bit (wipe off any excess with wipes afterward). I might call Valco and see what they suggest too. :)

ugh. Wasn't able to get it. Maybe before my next try later today, I'll actually read some product support.

For my Valco Twin Trimode to undue the harness buckles you have to push the buckle down into the buckle and push the release button at the same time and then it will come undone.
