Anyone know when Payless does its BOGO?

and are kids' dance shoes included? Or is there anywhere else to get cheap kids' dance shoes?

I was there yesterday, and they had the BOGO 1/2 off sale going on...not sure if this is the sale you're referring to. Kids' dance shoes are included. I picked up a pair of ballet shoes and tap shoes for DD.
