it depends on the item and if they carry it in the store.

You can, but they will only give you a merchandise credit (for what you paid). They will not give you your money back in the original form of payment (unless they've changed their policy in the last month)...

sorry you are correct i was thinking of items off your registry that were purchased online.

This reminds me of how much I dislike BRU! Their return policy is becoming like Mothrhood Maternity...their policy sucks too. Power to the Buy Buy Baby! :)

Just want to make sure I understand...

If I purchase an item from BRU.com that is not carried in the store, I can return to the store but only for store credit, even if I used a CC?
