ISO ABC's that can be gummed to death

since everything is gummed to death these days. We've got foam letters for the bath, but they can't withstand all her sucking, so she doesn't really get to play with them. I'm trying to teach her her letters and want something she can hold and play with as she wants--so of course they will go in her mouth. Are there any?

We had to get "bigger" foam bath letters - DS was tearing up the little ones and we were afraid he'd bite off a chunk and choke. Plus, who knows what chemical exposure. I did a search for BPA/PVC free bath toys and found some foam letters - I think they were Munchkin brand. They're great, and only have little teeth marks on them - no missing chunks!
