We are trying out the Workhorse fitteds and are really pleased with them. I emailed Karen the owner with some feedback today about size and fit, and also mentioned that 2 of the diapers had broken snaps (I broke them, one before we even used it, the other about a week ago). She offered to replace them with the next size up! For free!
I'm so pleased with the customer service!!! She actually *read* my email. I was totally not expecting her to replace the diapers, they are the Beta version as she is working out the sizing kinks and were a little discounted because of it. I'm genuinely surprised and really delighted.
