why did my first post not appear in bitching post

Hi Mods,

I tried to post yesterday my first ever post on this site in Bitching Posts section(sorry it had to be a bitching post). I understand first few posts get moderated and all, but wonder why it did not get posted after all.

Would like to know if there was something you found objectionable there or I gave the impression of being not a genuine poster? If thats the case its a bummer, I really love this site and have been reading it for over 2 years now since my DD's birth.

i'm not a mod, but it may just be because it was your first post? i know that my first post (not a bitching post, but a comment on someone's thread) took over a day to show up and i got a message saying something about it having to be a approved by a moderator first. maybe because it was over a weekend it takes longer for a mod to get to it and approve it?
