We are flying on Monday with a squirmy, sometimes tantrumy 19 mo. Generally she doesn't get to watch TV, etc but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to download some apps for her on my iPod. Right now the only thing I have that she likes is a silly "screen cleaner" app where dogs lick the screen. Any recommendations of apps that might distract her without annoying nearby passengers?

Anything from Duck Duck Moose is good. Very interactive and keeps them captivated for a long time.

Tozzle is the go-to for my 3 yo DD. She also likes the Duck Duck Moose stuff and DoodleBuddy.

--Elmo's Monster Maker is darling
--Thomas the Tank Engine has an app with easy little puzzles that keep my 2yos busy for at least 30minutes straight. It also has a very easy little 8card memory game.
Those 2 are their favorite apps.

My 2yo loves bejeweled. His aunt showed it to him. I assume it is the colors and shapes that he likes.

Thanks for all the recommendations. It helps a ton to not have to wade too deep into the app store.
