Quick baked oatmeal question....

When you make baked oatmeal with fresh strawberries do you just wash them and cut them up into small pieces? Do I need to do anything else to prepare them?

Bumping this...and I now have another question...If I bake later tonight, is it ok to let it sit out and cool overnight and then refridgerate?

Yes, I just cut them up and throw them in there any which way. About letting it sit out....I think we've discussed this before. I'd be a little nervous but I have no good reason why. I usually refrigerate mine uncooked then have DH throw it in the oven as he is leaving for work so it is done soon after the girls get up.
If I do it the night before, I just let it cool for about 20 minutes, and then slide it in my fridge on top of pot holders. Always turned out fine that way.
