How long do you normally give a person on ebay to pay? One of my auctions ended last Monday night. In the listing it said payment was due within 48 hours after auction ended. I have sent 2 invoices and 2 emails. Last email said if they didn't contact me within 48 hours I would report them.

I have had non payers in the past but usually its just a person that didn't regularly check their email. I've never had it go this long though.

What happens if I don't get payment?

File an unpaid item report in the resolution center. http://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/ You can file on the 4th day. Ebay will send the buyer a notice and give 4 days for the buyer to pay. After that, you can close the case and you'll get a credit of your final value fees. At that point, you can relist. Do not relist sooner, because if the buyer pays on day 3 after opening the case, and you have another winner, you now have 2 winners and 1 item.

Sorry you have to do this :(.
