Due to clogged gutters, we have water in our lower level which is carpeted. I have been using a very old carpet cleaner with a tiny attachment (larger one is lost or broken). Is there a better way to remove the water? Any suggestions for products? Hoover steam vac? Thanks! I should mention it is not exactly a swamp down there. It is along one wall of the family room.
