I've ordered from them several times and always been happy with the merchandise and service. Recently though a few items that were backordered shipped later than originally promised, which meant they were late for my son's birthday. When I emailed them to complain, I got a prompt apology and a promise of a gift card to help make it up to my son. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a $20 gift card in the mail today. That was more than I expected.
