What to write on personalized label for bourbon for DH?

DH's birthday is coming up (32nd) and I would like to order a personalized label for Knob Creek which he loves.

I can't think of what to write on the label though. I would like something a little funny or witty...not just Happy Birthday DH.

The only idea I came up with so far is something like "Aging perfectly since 1978..."

Any good ideas?
