How do Tea clothes fit?

Last year I got DD a Tea Collection wrap jean dress on consignment. It's a 3T, but last winter (when she was in 4T) it fit her big I think. DD wears a 5. Do you think I can still get away with this dress?

I don't see it anywhere on their site,so I assume it's at leat 2 yrs old, maybe more.

I have found Tea collection to run very slim so I usually size up. But I have not had anything other than the Daily Tea which are all knits. The wovens seem to be much pricier and may have different sizing. I think you'll only know if you try it on her if it will still work. Maybe because it's a wrap it's more forgiving?

I have a couple of their dresses and they seem to fit slim for us as well
