A good friend just had her second child and I'd like to bring them a meal. The last time I cooked for them I made some baked pastas so veggie lasagna is kinda out. Anyone have any suggestions? Most of my meatless recipes aren't that nice looking as far as presentation goes or are maybe acquired tastes and I don't know if she would like them.
