What do you do with polenta? I found some organic polenta at TJs that looks good and I want to use it but I have no clue of what you do with it. I sliced it and baked it, wasn't bad wasn't good just blah. I've heard/seen it on menus at good restaurants. Anyone have suggestions?

I make mine in our rice cooker with milk (this is the non-instant kind). At the end add marscapone and parmesan (a little garlic is good too). This is a great side to a meat dish, or I like it served with a bolognese sauce on top.

Honestly, I saute it on the stove with some oil and maybe some spices (depending on whether I get a plain one or not). I love it as a side for fish or steak. Sometimes I actually saute it with peppers, onions and mushrooms.
