If you cook for the freezer,

do you pull casseroles out the night before so they can defrost before cooking them or do you cook them frozen? TIA

depends on the casserole. Frozen pasta stuff-lasagne etc I cook for a little over double the time frozen

I pull mine out the night before, but if they're not completely thawed I just up the cooking time a little.
