I have 32 plus tomato plants in my garden...cherry, plum, beefsteak and some heirlooms. Too many plants for sure..they are just starting to turn red and I'm not overrun....yet. Anyway I could use some recipes, ideas.

I do make sauce and freeze..I'll use the plums for that but I've even used other varieties. I do roast the cherries in the oven and freeze those (great on pasta).

What else can I make? Tomato Soup? Tomato Juice (only DH would drink that).

I'd love some recipes that you love.

TIA!

I have never tried this, but I plan to, this week.

this will use a ton, and it makes the best sauce this family has ever eaten. 95% of our tomatoes will be turned in to this sauce and frozen--it's that good.

I love Ina Garten! Wow, maybe I'll have to set aside some of those tomatoes I planned to sauce, this looks awesome (good thing I planted lots of basil.)
