have any of you mamas seen these anywhere? Target only had plain ones, though they did have star wars folders.

preferably hard plastic

Hard plastic or vinyl? Have you checked PBKs? I know they have SWs backpacks and such.

yes - they do have backpacks and lunchboxes & water bottles, but no pencil boxes :-(

Get a plastic one and put SW stickers on it or even inside it to make them last longer?

I know this post is forever old, but I thought of it this afternoon when I saw a Star Wars pencil box at Target. It was a metal box for about $4. Not sure if he is still into it now though. ;)
