Hi:
Our 12 month old was sleeping through the night. He had 12 ear infections back to back so we ended up getting him tubes. After the tubes the rate of ear infections has slowed down to once a month so he is up to 14 ear infections. We took him out of daycare for 6 weeks to give him a break but keeping him home is not an option. Someone told us that a Chiropractor might help him so we took him to a Chiropractor Last Friday.
The Chiropractor did some minor massage on his back and neck. The baby seemed comfortable with it.
Since Friday night he has not been sleeping well. He wakes up 4-5 times and cries. If we ignore him long enough he eventually sleeps but is tired during day time. He seems fine during the day after his nap.
To make matters worse he has developed another cold since Saturday.
He is also pooping a lot. He only has 4 teeth so far.
We are trying to determine if Chiropractor caused the sleeping issues.
Is excessive pooping and cold a sign of teething?
We are seeing a Pediatrician today for his 1 year appointment but I was wondering if what you think is wrong with him.
