QUICK: Dog adoption questions?

What kind of questions would you want to ask of a family who wants to adopt your dog? I am trying to write an email and need to send it within the next few minutes but want to be thorough.

Have they owned a dog before, if so what breed? Do they have any other dogs and if so how many? Do they live in a house or an apartment? Do they have a fenced yard, if not how would the dog be taken out (preferably on a leash...for me anyway). Do they plan on keeping the dog inside or outside? I would not approve of someone leaving my family pet outside most of the day. Who will be the main caregiver? Do they have children? How many hours would the dog be left alone a day? Would they be willing for you to do a home visit to check out house/conditions the dog may be living in.

I would check a rescue agency website, and see what they ask....
