Recommendations for Co. to measure, order, install blinds!

We need to get some blinds for both daughter's bedrooms but I dispise the whole window treatments process! I want someone to come in, measure, order and come back to install the blinds. Any recommendations of where to go to get this done? I am in the Metro Detroit area if that helps.

My mom swears by JC Penney's for curtains. I know that they do all of that for curtains, but not sure about blinds. If not Penney's, what about Home Depot or Lowes?
