Anyone know much about PB sales?

There are two things I want, one at PBK and one at PB Teen, and both are full price. Does PB tend to have sales around Labor Day or any other predictable time? I need the PB Teen one soon but can wait a few months on PBK.

F&F (20%) is usually ~mid October, but you have to get a coupon in the store - they have never emailed them (at least not to me!). You can also sign up for their bday list and they send a 10% (I think) coupon in the month of the bday. Their are pretty stingy with their sales, IMO.
