Is there a website that will email you if the price on an amazon item drops below a certain point? I know there are sites that track amazon prices over time, but do any of them email you when whatever it is is cheap?

Thanks!

http://camelcamelcamel.com will send you twitter notifications - never used it personally since I don't use twitter.

I just did a Google for Amazon email price alert and found a few. Here are the first three matches.

I think I will have to try one of these. My current method is to add items to my cart, and check back daily to see if the price has decreased.

I used this once before and got it emailed to me. I don't twitter either.

http://nukeprice.com/ emails you when the Amazon price drops below your trigger point (that you can set). You just tell it to watch your wishlist and it will email you every time the price of an item goes down. I LOVE it and found out about it from someone on here around Christmas time. It watches all four of my wishlists that I have.

I've been playing around with the sites, and so far #2 www.thetracktor.com (http://www.thetracktor.com) is my favorite. Not only can you create email price alerts, but it will show you pricing history over time including the lowest price the item has sold at. For example, let's say I want a book that is currently $10. I found out from the tracktor that it's selling price has ranged from $6 to $14 over the past year. So I would probably set my alert to six bucks, because I don't want to pay more than someone else did. :wink2:

Very cool. I should try one of these too, I also check my wishlists daily to see if the prices have dropped.
