Wow, it was yummy! Did I ever get around to telling you? I tried it out, and everyone ate it! Dh really loved it, my sitter said it smelled so good she had to have the recipe! If only I had easier access to ginger I could make it all the time:D Thanks for sharing!

Tonight I'm trying Jools's Cold Asian Noodle recipe, with stir fried Korean marinated beef!

Just saw your post - so glad you all enjoyed the recipe! I don't think I had said this in my original post, but, I made the peanut noodles for my husband when I cooked him dinner on our 4th date. Apparently he took one bite and that sealed the deal - he knew I was "the one." He even ate the tofu (and he told me much much later, he HATES tofu) :ROTFLMAO:
