Boys - Do You Think We Could Actually Sleep at Night?

I'm tired. DS1 has been up every night for the past week. He's scared, coughing, had a bad dream. You get the picture. Now DS2 is in on it. He climbing out of his bed again. DH rocked him to sleep last night since he wouldn't stay in and then he kept getting up during the night every time he stirred. Between the 2 of them, I've been up since 2:30. I cannot have a toddler roaming the house at night so I guess it's time to child-proof the room and move him to a mattress on the floor but then I'll have to listen to him beat on the door or gate I put there to keep him in. And he'll wake up DS1 even more. Maybe I'll get to sleep through the night when they turn 18.

Thanks for the rant. I don't normally do that but I need my sleep.
