We will shortly be going on a road trip - about a week. I was wondering how I should handle food, specifically lunch dinner (I'm think breakfast would be oatmeal packets). Any suggestions? Trip is coming up end of this month and I would like to plan ahead. Also, we're not starting off in the car at home - we are flying to east coast from the west coast and then doing the road trip there.
TIA!

Our fav roadtrip food is potstickers. I make up a whole package, throw it into a tupperware or leftover (cleaned out) takeout-food box, and we eat them cold. The kids love them!
