I saw that Lands End has a sale. I need to buy a backpack and a lunch box for a preschool. Any suggestions (size, quality, price). What kind of combinations did you like and served you good? I like to buy good quality for less than cheap, which will be fallen apart in couple months.

Is Lands End brand good enough? If so, which of them you liked for a preschooler?

Both my kids have lands' end backpacks and they've been great. DS has the same backpack as last year; it looks pretty much the same. They've changed the names so I couldn't tell you really what size. I'd say maybe the Small Haul for preschool. I don't have experience with the lunchboxes. BTW, if anyone does chime in about the lunchboxes, please let me know if a med. Kleen Kanteen would fit -esp those w/the compartments for bottles.

Our toddler has a Four Peas toddler backpack that I'm very happy with.
