What is a Target circular and where do you get them?

i know thats a nice and dumb question...but i really would like to know. I need to get this month's Target circular.

The Target circular is another name for the weekly sale ad that you find in the Sunday paper. You can also view them on the Target website.

The ad is also posted on the wall inside the Target stores, usually inside the first set of entrance doors in Super Target and near the bathrooms or customer service counter in regular Targets. They do not pass them out in the stores, though.
