Toy Story Jesse Doll?

My younger DD is turning 2 next month and is OBSESSED with Jesse from Toy Story. I'd love to get her a doll. I've seen the really good one from Disney where you pull the cord and she talks but it's 4+. My DD is the type to bring things and eat them so I want to get her a 2+ or 3+ doll if I can. Has anyone seen one?

I bought one for my dd at the Disney store. It was in the plush section so it doesn't talk or do anything. They also have the horse and they are both very cute.. I think it was 2 for $25.
