I think it's out of print, but of you can get your hands on a copy of Vicki Lansky's book Feed Me, Im Yours, it's well worth the effort (try alibis.com).

I have a copy and my mom used it and it's just a great resource.

Also wholesomebabyfood.com may have some info, depending if you have a younger or older toddler.
