I've decided that I want to get a play kitchen for my two boys for Christmas this year. It'll be from Santa or one of the Grandparents will get it for them. They'll be a little over 2 and 1 at Christmas. I have read all the play kitchen threads I could find, and was so glad to see so many mom's getting them for their boys. I think we want a wooden one, I want to make sure it durable enough for rough toddler boy play. I'm still deciding on which one.
My question is do they go on sale closer to Christmas? Is this something I should wait on buying?

I would wait until Black Friday, or that weekend, if you can. Lots of store and online deals then. I bought DD's play kitchen (the Kidkraft Prairie Kitchen) from Amazon that Sunday night, I think, for a great price (it was her Christmas present, too). :)

ils bought girls their kitchen. We prepared the girls for it arriving after Christmas just in case but ils found and amazing deal right before. It arrived the 24th. I nearly kissed the driver.
