I needed to digitize some mini DV HD footage for an editor to cut into a video for an event. I set it all up in iMovie, figure out how to make it import and then go into a trouble shooting tailspin for 20 odd minutes because I am not hearing any sound as it imports. My husband spends 22 seconds with it and points out that the sound is there on the playback of the imported clip but sound just does not play on the importing process. Something I might have realized if I read the instructions.
Sometimes the "other duties" part of my job really get me down. Eagerly awaiting my break in early October. :yay:
