How to treat cuts & scrapes on face?

I know it happens to everybody but this is our first time. DD (21 months) feel off a park bench and landed on her face/chin. Didn't knock out a tooth thankfully but there's minor cuts/scrapes on her face and chin.

What's the best treatment to minimize scarring? And what's the best way to keep her from rubbing it off?

Aquaphor to moisturize...I think she might be a little young for Neosporin but I'm not sure.

Jojoba Oil, or Vit E. Any oil really. We have a boo-boo stick from a local store we love.

Jojoba is my go to for everything from diaper rash to scars.
