Does the tripp trap come with a harness?

Or is it part of the baby chair accessory? The person in Buy Buy Baby thought it came with the baby chair accessory not the actual chair. I looked online on Stokke's website and to me it looks like it comes with the chair.

Yes, 5 point harness. Works very well, my DS tries to lean forward and escape all the time and has yet to succeed.
