Yep!

I think anything under 100 (depending on condition) is a pretty decent deal, especially if they don't come up used very often on your local CL.

yeah, hurry & grab it. after seeing this thread, i checked my local CL and saw a Learning Tower in great cond for $75 (posted just yesterday) and quickly emailed the seller. however, i was too late as it was scheduled to be picked up already. argh, these things go fast!

I'm jealous. I had my eye out on our local CL for a couple months with NO learning tower in sight! I even checked "synonyms" like stepstool in case someone had one who didn't realize what it was called. Nothing. When one finally showed up, it was new in box and I forked over $135 for it (bargained down from $150!!).

I love our LT. But I'm kinda looking forward to selling it (years from now) to see how fast it gets snatched up:)

I posted a WANTED ad on CL and someone responded as she was about to post hers. She delivered it and I paid $75. For those of you looking you may want to consider the WANTED post so maybe someone will write you before they post theirs.

I'm not usually a boaster, but I gotta brag about my deal. I got one at a consignment sale for $20. It was definitely used, but I figured I couldn't lose for $20.

Thanks for the help! DH picked it up last night. It looks like it's in pretty good condition, just need to clean it off (I guess the owner's house was pretty dirty - yuck!).

Good job, everyone, on your awesome LT deals! :D I got mine last summer for $100, which I thought was a pretty good deal (basically new condition, and came with the unopened box of accessories like puppet theater signs, etc.). I also put out a wanted ad on CL and got a response right away. We use ours almost every day for DD (almost 2), so I'm hoping to get a lot more use out of it for her and her little sibling...

Following this post closely because i'm thinking of putting ours for sale and was wondering what I should ask!

We have the Kitchen Helper, but I found two at a yard sale one morning. She was going to sell me both of them for $25!!! I knew DH would freak since they are huge, so I texted a neighbor and asked if she wanted one. I went back to grab one and paid $10 for it. Her DH sanded it down and they love it. Isn't that crazy!

Oh, I am a huge boaster.

My $20 LT from Craigslist was the best deal I ever got. I usually lose a ton of money when reselling baby/kiddo stuff, but I plan to make a profit on this one when I sell it (YEARS from now). I just lucked out and saw it right when it was posted, called, and picked it up within the hour. Following that, there were a ton of ISO LT posts on Craigslist from people who missed out! I felt kinda bad.

I would pay up to $100 on a used Learning Tower depending on condition. It's a well-made furniture item, so in general the used condition will be close to new.
