I ordered the KidKraft pink Retro Kitchen through Target last week and it arrived yesterday with a damaged base piece. Some people from the board suggested that I call KidKraft, so I did and they are sending a replacement base piece to me in 3-5 days. :cheerleader1: I was also impressed that a live person answered the phone and helped me immediately.
I have never owned anything made by KidKraft, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy something made by them in the future. :)
