Shoes for a business casual office party

I'm going to be attending a party with DH tomorrow (they were awarded a big stimulus grant at work along with the Children's hospital). So I'm pretty much going to be out of my element especially since DD3 will be in tow. I feel like I'm going to look like a hippy mama amongst a whole bunch of professionals.

I'll be wearing this dress:

I need to be able to find them at a B&M store as the party is tomorrow (yeah, I procrastinated...) I'd normally wear my birks with this dress, but don't think they'll be appropriate.

Any suggestions?

I'd probably go with a metallic or tan ballet flat.
